5 Questions

1.  What peice of Literature has stayed with you?
There are countless novels which have stayed with me, however, Wallace Steven's "Sunday Morning" is a poem I go back to time and time again.

2. What Character or story has influenced something you've done?
This seems silly, but I work harder at the gym after reading The Hunger Games.

3.  What Character or piece of literature seemed to relate to a recent news story or personal experience?
I can truly relate with the main character of the Fifty Shades trilogy because she is an English major.  Her taste in books is also quiet good.

4. What Character had made you wonder why he or she did/said something?
The end of Jacqueline Susan's novel Once is Not Enough always haunted me. The main character takes LSD and wanders out onto the beach at night and is never heard from again. From the context of the story it was very uncharacteristic of the character and I always wanted to know what happened to her.

5.  Name Something from a work of literature that you find beautiful or vivid.
All of the images in Shoeless Joe are lasting and rich images for me.  The vast descriptions of the Iowa landscape the the narrator's farm are breathtaking.
